ANTZ

A wonderful cast of actors including; Woody Allen, Dan Aykroyd, Danny Glover, Gene Hackman, Jennifer Lopez, Sylvester Stallone, Sharon Stone and many more, lend their voices to this remarkable film. This full length 3D animated feature film is like nothing seen before, filled with truly amazing graphics that take 3D computer animation to a whole new level. This truly is a landmark film.
When Z (Allen), a worker ant, finds himself falling in love with Princess Bala (Stone), Z knows she's the ant he wants to march two by two with. Trading places with good friend Weaver (Stallone), a soldier ant, Z hopes to catch another glimpse of the princess, but finds himself marching right into battle. This however is only the beginning of a grand journey for Z and the Princess that will take them meters from home and towards the distant insect utopia.
Although kids will be highly entertained by the lively characters and story, adults are bound to find the film not solely directed to that young an audience.
Parental Note: Minor Language
The disc is single sided - dual layered and contains the original widescreen version of the programming. The mastering is terrific, as are the many extras and the fabulously animated menu system, although it has a few bugs... but then hey it's full of ants.
