The Arrival/ Arrival 2

Listening to the stars, astronomer Zane Zaminsky (Charlie Sheen) searched the stars for a sign of other intelligent life in the universe. To his surprise, he not only finds not only finds a signal from afar, but it being answered from Earth. Following the signal from Earth, he travels to Mexico to find aliens already here and with their own plans for our planet.

A wonderfully mysterious and action-packed movie, this one is a sure winner with any sci-fi buff.

** **

An unfortunately weak sequel to the original, Arrival 2 features a good story, but falls short in the acting and writing departments. As the story continues, skeptical mankind denies the existence of aliens on Earth, only years from their own demise, continuing to find logical answers to the environmental catastrophe at hand.

Parental Note: Language, Nudity

**

The disc is double sided - single layered and contains the original widescreen version of both movies. The mastering is terrific, but there are few extras. Having both the original and sequel to the original on the same disc is a nice touch.
