The Avengers 1966: Vol.2
With The Avengers on the case, the British government need not worry about security, for Mrs. Emma Peel (Diana Rigg) and John Steed (Patrick Macnee) always get to the bottom of things, getting the job done both professionally and efficiently. Mixed with a rich blend of witty writing and comic charm, The Avengers leave no guess work as too why the series has become the cult classic it is today.

The Girl From Auntie - When one of The Avengers greatest assets goes missing, that being Mrs. Emma Peel, John Steed finds her among other priceless treasures on the black market auction block. Going once, going twice, Mr. Steed is not sold on the idea of his partner and the government secrets she possesses being sold to the highest bidder.

The 13th Hole - A British agent turning up dead at the 13th hole of a local golf course has The Avengers Teeing up for adventure. What they find is a course with more than the usual amount of hazards, and trouble right down the fairway.

Quick-Quick-Slow Death - Upon the discovery of an unidentified dead man, the road to finding his identity leads to a spitting image imposter and a dance school with murder and more on its dance card. A little bit of fancy footwork puts John Steed and Mrs. Emma Peel on the trail of puzzling clues and Steed stepping into the line of fire.

The disc is single sided - dual layered and contains the original full frame version of the show. The disc mastering is good but the video is interlaced and there are few extras.
