The Avengers 1966: Vol.4

A superb British television series, The Avengers starring Diana Rigg as Mrs. Emma Peel and Patrick Macnee as John Steed, has given birth to a grand cult following and it comes no surprise. Never failing to entertain, with a dash of wonderful acting, a sprinkle of catchy music, a teaspoon of charming characters and a cup of great writing, The Avengers prove to be a great recipe for action and adventure.

The House That Jack Built - The past returning to haunt Emma Peel, it also does the bizarre country home of Jack, apparently left by a distant uncle, Emma walks right in the front door, but leaving may be a little harder as she is anything but welcome at this home.

A Sense of History - Hoping to create a united Europe, the brainchild of this plan for the future faces something he never planned for, his death. Now Steed and Peel head back to school to teach some lessons of their own as they work on making this case a thing of the past.

How to Succeed...at Murder - With many of Britain's prominent business men falling victim to mysterious murders, The Avengers have little to go on, and little help from the unusually proficient secretaries. Getting down to business of their own, Emma catches up on her shorthand, and the not so short-sighted Steed looks for some big answers in big business.

Honey for the Prince - A visiting foreign official arrives in London seeking protection for his country from the British military. However, with his life in danger, can The Avengers provide protection for him even in their own country?
