Behind the Planet of the Apes
Hosted by one of the film and television series' biggest stars Roddy McDonall, we journey behind the camera to witness firsthand the talent and craftsmanship that made the series such a success. From locations to makeup, interviews with cast and crew unveil secrets and details unknown to the audience, but now for any who would venture "Behind the Planet of the Apes."
A wonderful feature no fan of the series will want to miss, we are given a spectacular in-depth look at one of science fiction's greatest film series, one that not only entertained, but made us look at the bleak possibilities for the future by mankind's own doing, as well as the disturbing social issues of our time.
The disc is single sided - dual layered and contains the original full frame version of the program. The mastering is decent, but the video is interlaced and few are the extras.
