Blue Juice

Surf's up as two gnarly dudes Sean Pertwee and Ewan McGregor grab their sticks (surfboards) and head out on the "Blue Juice" (water) to catch waves and some green room in the hopes of being young forever.

However, for J.C. (Pertwee) age has already reared its ugly head as a surfing accident has him beached for six months. With hopes of traveling around the world with his bodacious babe Chloe (Catherine Zeta-Jones) upon recovery, he finds the waves calling his name when a couple of old friends show up and he is forced to choose between his two loves in life.

An entertaining British film, it at times suffers with the weak writing and drab scenes, but is kept lively with wonderful characters and great acting.

The disc is single sided - single layered and contains the original widescreen version of the movie. The mastering is terrific, but there is almost nothing for extras.
