Bowfinger

Feeling the sands slipping from his hourglass, Bobby Bowfinger (Steve Martin) decides he must resort to any means to make his mark on Hollywood film-making before his time has past.

Upon reading Chubby Rain, a script written by his accountant, he is inspired and gathers together a small cast and crew to create his dream.

In the hope of getting a major studio and star for his film, he is instead faced with nothing more than bitter rejection. With his spirits low but far from given up, he devises a plan to get his movie and his star.

Hidden in the shadows, he films his star Kit Ramsey (Eddie Murphy) in his daily life to be inserted into the film. Telling his cast this is how the star wishes to be filmed, camera rolling he additionally has the actors approach Ramsey and saying their lines to the surprised and perplexed star. The film well underway, Bowfinger realizes something is still missing and discovering a Kit look-alike by the name of Jiff (also Eddie Murphy), he realizes little stands now between him and his dream.

Filled with over-the-top comedy and aisle rolling laughs, "Bowfinger," written by Steve Martin, teams up Martin and Murphy for the first time in a movie experience you are sure to enjoy.
