The Bubble
Hang onto your seats and get ready to be whisked off into another dimension in film-making, 3D.
Few and far between, The Bubble proves to be an entertaining 3D movie that doesn't sacrifice
decent movie-making just for the sake of cool effects. Starring Michael Cole of the original
Mod Squad, we are treated to some classic sci-fi reminiscent of the Twilight Zone.
A single pilot and his crew of two, a young couple moments away from having their first child,
are force to make an emergency landing in order to find a hospital. Where they land however is
like no other place on Earth they have ever been, the residents trapped in a trance like state
and the surroundings looking like some sort of movie set. What they later discover is much
more terrifying as they find themselves trapped in a huge unbreakable glass bubble, unable to
escape and possibly the last survivors of the human race.
For anyone who loves 3D movies or a good break from the norm, the bubble is a great movie that
literally stands out from the others.
The disc is single sided - single layered and contains the original widescreen version of the
movie. The mastering is decent but the video interlaced and the extras few.
