Communion
In a world of sceptics where alien encounters are little more than fantasy for film and a piece
of modern pop culture marketing, this chilling tale based on an apparently true story will
truly open your eyes to the frightening world of alien abduction.
Based on the book of the same name, "Communion" follows the ordinary life of
Whitley Strieber (Christopher Walken), a struggling writer, and his family. However, this life
would soon become anything but ordinary as during a weekend getaway with friends at a secluded
cabin, a bright light and a restless night surface shortly after as a hair-raising encounter
with beings from another world.
Low budget takes a slight toll on the film, but a gripping tale makes it one die-hard sci-fi
fans will not want to miss encountering.
Parental Note: Frightening Scenes, Brief Nudity
The disc is single sided - single layered and contains the original widescreen version
of the movie. The mastering is excellent, but there are few extras.
