The Elephant Man

Based on the true story of John Merrick, more commonly known as "The Elephant Man," a superb cast including Anthony Hopkins, John Hurt and John Gielgud as well as the rich black and white look help set just the right mood for this unforgettable film.

Add to the mix some incredible make-up, and this movie becomes the definitive medium to tell the story about a man which many have heard tale of, but often not the truth. Both entertaining and unique, this may not be for everyone's collection, but its certainly well worth a watch.

Parental Note: Minor Violence, Disturbing Scenes
