Eurythmics: Sweet Dreams
With the disco craze quickly fading, the early ‘80s music was a wild fanfare of styles such as
rock, pop and punk, all hitting the air waves to see what would take hold for the next
generation of music lovers.
Out of the smoke rose a band with a bold sound all its own, and in "Eurythmics: Sweet Dreams"
available from Image Entertainment, we are given a glimpse back to 1983. Both on stage and on
the growing age of videos, the Eurythmics treat us to the sights and sounds of their video
album.
With a handful of hits, the video proves entertaining and a great way to remember the music of
years gone, but many of the songs may not be remembered other than by true fans.
The disc is single sided - single layered and contains both full frame and widescreen
programming. The mastering is bit off sync and unfortunately lacks any extras.
