Jaws

A spectacular piece of film-making you can really sink your teeth into, "Jaws" has definitely left a deep impression in the movie world. Not only a fine example of Steven Spielburg's ability as a film director, the movie with its powerfully gripping tale, has become the definitive shark movie, one that not only deeply affects any who watch, but one that any movie containing sharks is instantly compared to.

When the waters off the small beach-side town of Amity become home to a man eating shark, those making profit from the steady tourist flow choose to ignore the warnings. However, only when the situation gets far out of control do the locals begin to take heed and responsibility. Now with the killer of the deep still at large, Police Chief Martin Brody (Roy Scheider) and shark expert Matt Hooper (Richard Dryfus) join a gruff Shark hunter on an off shore expedition you'll never forget.

A filmatic masterpiece, Jaws on DVD with its stunning picture and sound quality will get you as close to swimming with the sharks as many will ever dare... maybe even too close. A true classic not to be missed, this is a disc you will not want to leave out of any movie collection.

Parental Note: Minor Language, Brutal Violence, Frightening Scenes, Brief Nudity
