Josie and the Pussycats

At first glance, "Josie and the Pussycats" may seem like a movie not worth making any great effort to see, but a purrfect blend of comedy, acting, writing and not to forget wonderful music, make for a movie well worth the watch.

Starring Rachael Leigh Cook, Tara Reid and Rosario Dawson as the young and beautiful band members, they find themselves going from struggling to stardom literally overnight when discovered by music manager Wyatt Frame (Alan Cumming). A little bit surprised at their instant success, they soon uncover a ruthless plot using their music to brainwash the youth of the world.

Plenty of feline fun and frolic, the classic Archie Comic characters come alive in this comedy about crime, commercialism and of course great music, which was actually performed by the actors.

Parental Note: Minor Language
