Luminous Visions
It's chaos made beautiful in "Luminous Visions" from Sony, when the endless abstract worlds of free-form animation, created by long time computer animator Yoichiro Kawaguchi, dance to the timeless instrumental rhythms of Tangerine Dream.
DVD breaths life into the wondrous spectrum of artificial intelligence creations with brilliant picture and colour. In addition, the disc includes an interview with one of Tangerine Dream's original 1967 band members as well as a film chronology of Kanaguchi, dating back to 1975.
The disc is single sided - single layered and contains the original full frame version of the programming. The mastering is great, as are the extras. Also bundled with the DVD is the CD soundtrack with three additional bonus tracks, making this a must for any Tangerine Dream fan, and a wonderful artsy addition to any DVD library.
