Monty Python's Flying Circus Season 1: Vol.4
And now for something completely different, experience a wonderful and anything but enlightening break from the regular video mayhem plaguing the tele-visual electronics of our time. Look to the sky... it's not a bird, a plane, or Superman... It's Monty Python's Flying Circus, just be careful it doesn't land on your head like a 16-ton weight.
Starring the brilliant, talented and otherwise crazed group of individuals that go by the names Graham Chapman, John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones and Michael Palin, prepare yourself for nonstop laughter (or an incredibly uncomfortable dumbfounded look that can only be relieved by a good bowel movement).
British comedy at its best (or somewhere in the vicinity of such), the Flying Circus delivers Monty's Python sharper clearer but just as wonderfully entertaining as ever with a good handful of extras (not that the extras can physically be held in your hand). So for fans and those who will be sucked into buying the DVD for someone else who doesn't want it, forcing them to keep it as part of their own collection, find comfort in the fact it is sure to please and relieve you of hours of unwanted boredom.

Parental Note: Sexual Overtones, Brief Nudity
The disc is single sided - single layered and contains the original full frame version of the program. The mastering is good but the video interlanced and there is a good assortment of extras.
