The Scout

"The Scout" takes to the mound and pitches one fastball of a film, as Brendan Fraser and Albert Brooks take America's favourite pastime to a whole new league.

Just short of being fired, New York Yankee's scout Al Percolo (Brooks) finds himself heading south of the border when his boss, intending to get rid of him, sends him to Mexico to look for talent. However, while there Percolo finds himself Steve Nebraska (Fraser), a young ball player who not only pitches, but hits like no other... now the big leagues are in for a big surprise.

Both entertaining and funny, The Scout is well worth the watch, but will undoubtably leave you in the end with a feeling like something was missing, for the big ending is little more than a few short clips before the credits start rolling.

Parental Note: Minor Language
