Seven Samurai
Considered one of the greatest Japanese movies of all time, Seven Samurai tells the tale of a small farming village plagued by a local band of marauding bandits. Stripped of food, families and dignity, they are left with little choice but to find help before the bandits strike again and all is lost.
Heading to the nearest town in search of help, a small group of villagers beg for the assistance of the samurai, gathering a group of seven samurai to return with them to the village.
A wonderful piece of classic and epic Japanese film-making, this is one true film buffs are sure to appreciate for its beauty and greatness.
Parental Note: Minor Language, Violence, Adult Situations
The disc is single sided - dual layered and contains the original widescreen version of the movie. The mastering is terrific, but there are few extras.
