It's the 1950s and a new sensation called rock and roll is spreading like a wildfire across the country. In a small isolated Texan town however, little is known of this new bread of music causing so much controversy. That is until an unknown out of towner Cabe (John Travolta) becomes the music teacher of a local boys school and introduces an eager music class to a whole new style of rhythm in their lives.

A great movie filled with wonderful acting and plenty of good old rock and roll, it takes us back to a time where the world was about to face the music and be transformed forever.

Parental Note: Language, Adult Situations

The disc is single sided - single layered and unfortunately contains only the full frame pan & scan version of the movie. The mastering is terrific, but their are no extras.
