Shaolin: Wooden Men

A movie far better that the quality of the actual disc mastering, Jackie Chan delivers some impressive kung-fu action as he shows us his mastery in "Shaolin: Wooden Men."

Joining the Shaolin monastery in the hopes of learning kung-fu, he finds himself actually learning in secret from a prisoner. Quickly progressing, he passes all the tests and returns to life in the outside world. Trouble though with the Green Dragon gang has him putting his skills to the test and saving lives from this murderous gang.

An early film of Chan's, martial art fans will love all the action with the badly dubbed dialogue adding to the foreign film flavour although Chan says few words... but then it has always been said, actions speak louder than words, and plenty of action is what is delivered.

Parental Note: Language, Violence

**

The disc is single sided - single layered and contains the original widescreen version of the movie. The mastering is excellent, but there are few extras.
