Star Trek: Original Series: Vol 12
From the wondrous imagination of Gene Roddenberry, we join Captain Kirk, Mr. Spock and the rest of the U.S.S. Enterprise crew as we boldly go where no television series has taken us before. Like the others in this collection, this DVD delivers topnotch entertainment of which you will not want to miss one exciting moment.

A Taste of Armageddon - Approaching a planet in hopes of opening peace talks, the Enterprise and crew find themselves in the midst of a 500-year-old war with a neighbouring planet. However, a bizarre war, it is fought with computers, those declared casualties willingly walking into disintegration chambers. Now with all onboard the orbiting Enterprise declared as casualties, Kirk must attempt to bring the war to an end, a war so far removed from the true horrors of war they have had no real reason to find peace.

Space Seed - Discovering a 200-year-old Earth ship adrift in space, a landing party beams aboard to discover a race of genetically superior humans in hibernation. Waking their leader Khan (The same character of the Wrath of Khan movie.), this powerful leader soon takes control of the Enterprise with the ultimate goal of taking control of the universe.

The disc is single sided - single layered and contains the original full frame version of the program. The mastering is excellent, as are the few extras.
