Star Trek: Original Series: Vol 13
Take a ride across the cosmos onboard the U.S.S. Enterprise as Captain Kirk and crew set off for
brave new worlds searching out new life wherever it may exist.
Two more wonderful episodes in volume 13 of "Star Trek the Original Series" are sure to
entertain and prove without a doubt why Star Trek is one of the best loved classic television
series of all time.
This Side of Paradise - Arriving at the planet of Ceti III, Captain Kirk sets out in the
slim chance of finding some surviving colonists who arrived three years earlier. Bombarded by
Berthold rays, extended human life on the planet is an impossibility, but when the colonists
are found in perfect health, it appears the reason why is the true impossibility.
The Devil in the Dark - Traveling to the mining establishment on Janus IV, Kirk is told
of a deadly monster who has killed over 50 men and disabled their life support. With the
planet a vital source for many minerals, a solution is a must before more lives are lost.
Parental Note:Minor Violence
The disc is single sided - single layered and contains the original full frame version of the
program. The mastering is excellent, as are the few extras.
