Star Trek: Original Series: Vol 39
Adored by generations of fans, "Star Trek: The Original Series" continues to entertain decades after its original release. One of the greatest sci-fi series of all time, the original episodes make for a fantastic addition to any DVD collection.
The Savage Curtain - Episode 77 - Lured by curiosity to a presumed uninhabitable planet by a bizarre transmission, Kirk and Spock beam down only to find themselves fighters along with other famous figures from across the universe. Now in a death match arranged by an alien race hoping to discover which is stronger, good or evil, the two have little choice but to fight for their lives.
All Our Yesterdays - Episode 78 - With the star Best Niobe soon to go nova, the Enterprise races to the planet Sarpeidon, but arrives to find the planet's resident nowhere in sight. Attempting to discover what happened, Kirk, Spock and McCoy find themselves transported into the planet's past. Soon discovering this to be the destination of all missing, the landing party with time running short, set their sights on getting back to their own time.
Parental Note:Minor Violence
The disc is single sided - single layered and contains the original full frame version of the program. The mastering is excellent, as are the few extras.
