Stonebrook

Living the calm country life, the young Erik Landsdon (Brad Rowe) jumps at the opportunity to get in the fast lane as a big city college student. What he soon discovers though is that life in the fast lane is very different, difficult and expensive, especially when he loses his scholarship. Fortunately, his innovative but shady roommate Cornelius (Seth Green) shows his good intentions, becoming his partner in crime as in an effort to earn tuition they become con artists.

Soon however, they're shooting for the big time as they target the mob, and as the plot thickens, so do the number of plot twists that tie the story into a knot where nobody knows who they can trust.

Though an entertaining story with some decent acting, the movie falls short when it comes to overall writing, giving it a definite B movie feel.

Parental Note: Violence

The disc is single sided - single layered and contains the original widescreen version of the movie. The mastering is excellent, but there are few extras.
