Star Trek 3: The Search for Spock
Join the ever-popular crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise as director Leonard Nimoy a.k.a. Spock takes
us on a fantastic voyage where no man has gone before.
Continuing the ever-exciting series, we begin at the death of Spock and the jettison of his body
onto the Genesis planet. Upon arriving at Earth's starbase the crew are informed of the
Enterprise's decommission and their extended shore leave. This however becomes far from the
followed plans as upon learning Dr. McCoy is carrying the essence of Spock, Captain Kirk
(William Shatner) along with Dr. McCoy (DeForest Kelly), Scotty (James Doohan), Sulu
(George Takei) and Chekov (Walter Koenig) sneak back onboard the Enterprise and against star
command's orders, set course for the Genesis planet. Now in the hopes of finding Spock's body
and returning it to his home planet, Kirk and crew are in for plenty of surprises including the
treacherous Klingons (led by a Klingon lord played by Christopher Lloyd).
Yet another exceptional sci-fi adventure, the Star Trek series never fails to provide high
quality, out-of-this-world adventure.
Parental Note: Minor Violence
The disc is single sided - single layered and contains the original widescreen version
of the movie. The mastering is excellent, but there are few extras.
