Star Trek 6: The Undiscovered Country
With the fall of the Klingon empire imminent for the near future, Kirk and his crew are chosen
for one last mission, to escort the Klingon chancellor to peace talks on Earth. Here a new
future is set forth on the horizon and the troubled war filled past to be put aside.
However, as quickly ascertained in "Star Trek 6: The Undiscovered Country," not all
favour this change to boldly enter this new land of peace, and in an effort to break off the
talks, Kirk finds himself being framed for the Klingon chancellor's assassination. Now
sentenced along with Dr. McCoy to a remote asteroid mining colony for prisoners, the remainder
of the crew is left, not only to help their captain and doctor, but also to look for answers
to this puzzling crime.
One of the best Star Trek film to feature the original crew, prepare yourself for one
out-of-this-world sci-fi adventure no fan of the series will want to be without as part of
their collection.
Parental Note: Minor Language, Violence
The disc is single sided - single layered and contains the original widescreen version
of the movie. The mastering is excellent, but there are very few extras.
