Summer Rental
For air traffic controller Jack Chester (John Candy), the stress of work and lack of a good holiday has put him near the breaking point. At the insistence of his boss, he and his family head to the sunny south of Florida for a getaway in the sun, finding themselves a "Summer Rental" home to stay in.
Unfortunately, they also find themselves butting heads with a headstrong local who's out to make their stay anything but a vacation. Fortunately not all the locals are bad as an old sailor and restaurant owner Scully (Rip Torn) sets in motion a plan for them to make the most out of their holiday.
A fabulous film filled with fun and frolic, Candy is sure to keep you smiling.
Parental Note: Minor Language, Adult Situations
The disc is single sided - single layered and contains the original widescreen version of the movie. The mastering is excellent, but there are few extras.
