Tony Bennett: MTV Unplugged The Video
One of the great entertainers of all time who can turn a normal night into an enchanting
evening, Tony Bennett weaves his musical magic in the 1994 MTV special "Tony Bennett:
Unplugged."
Featuring Tony singing some of his best loved hits, he is joined for two duets by K.D. Lang and
Elvis Costello, as well as his fabulous musical trio on piano, bass and drums.
Also accompanied by the unmatchable brilliance of DVD's picture and sound quality, this is one
musical DVD title not to miss and is without a doubt the next best thing to being front row
and center.
Parental Note:Be wary of your kids watching this... they may just like it!
The disc is single sided - single layered and contains the original full frame version of the
program. The mastering is good, but off sync. Unfortunately there is not even a menu to
instantly access the different music tracks, and even more so, the fantastic 5.1 Dolby Digital
audio track that is not even mentioned on the packaging and therefore easily missed.
(To access this track, you must select audio track 2 with your remote after the title begins
for the disc defaults to the stereo audio track 1.)
