Tucker: The Man and His Dream

With "Tucker" under the hood of your DVD player, you can be certain that a wonderful movie experience awaits you on the road ahead, and with ace movie mechanics Francis Ford Coppola and George Lucas keeping things running smoothly, this one not-to-be-missed movie.

Based on the true story of Preston Tucker, a car designer and diligent dreamer of the mid 1900s, Jeff Bridges takes the wheel as Mr. Tucker and takes on the auto industry with dynamic designs that would forever change the automobiles we drive.

These modern renovations to the automobile however do not sit well with the large and powerful automakers, and in a combined effort, they set in motion plans to put Tucker out of the race.

A superb piece of film-making, wonderful performances by Jeff Bridges, Martin Landau and Joan Allen as well as a fantastic story and crew keep the film purring like a well-tuned engine just begging to be taken out for a spin.
