Willow
Director Ron Howard and producer George Lucas join their spectacular talents to transport us to a magical time in one magnificent adventure sure to thrill.
Featuring special effects ahead of its time, "Willow" is a visually stunning tale, and with wonderful performances by such talented actors as Val Kilmer, Warwick Davis, Joanne Whalley and Jean Marsh, it is truly nothing short of magical.
Telling the tale of a young child destined to be queen and do away with the evil now reigning with terror, this one comes to be in the care of Willow (Davis) while hiding from the evil queen Bavmorda (Marsh). Joining forces with a human sword fighter Madmartigan (Kilmer), they stand as the only hope for peace to return to the land.
Highly enjoyable and certainly unforgettable, the tale of Willow is destined to always be one classic fantasy adventure.
Parental Note: Minor Violence
The disc is single sided - dual layered and contains the original widescreen version of the movie. The mastering is excellent, as are the many extras.
