General Parvo
The origins of General Parvo, this evil cyborg, are unclear (even after
watching the Road Rover episode Reigning Cats and Dogs). What is
clear is that he only wants one thing out in life: Total control of the world.
He hopes to achive this through his army of Cano-Mutants.
Groomer
The well known assistant to General Parvo. She has worked next to him since the begining and has shared all the failures too. She is a human female dressed in a red jumpsuit, black boots and gloves. On her head is a metal helmet in the design for bicycling. She is very smart, cunning and ruthless. A true villainess.
