Hi I'm slice-of-bread. (not literally, of course, but ya know it's all in my state of mind.)

This page is becoming a collage of things I love. These things are (in random order, of course): Norm MacDonald, The X Files, Party of Five, Sarah McLachlan,Winnie the Pooh, greek olives, great quotes, and interesting, fun, thought-provoking stuff.

I was thinking about putting on one of those pages where the author of the page tells the world what they're all about. I decided against it, I'm really not worth a seperate little blurb of any sort. However, if ya like the same stuff I like, don't like the same stuff I like, or are just bored Email me. I promise I'll write back.

Why I love Greek olives

There are basically three reasons that I have this big thing for Greek Olives. They are:

They come in Greek Salads. I don't know about the rest of the world, but to me Greek Salads are simply salads like no other.
They have pits. Now, I know pits can be rather annoying, but just think - what other food is there that you can pop whole in your mouth, chew, and then reach your hand back in your mouth, pull out the pit, and place it on your plate...and no one objects! The pits in Greek olives are one of life's great joys.
You can eat them out of the jar. This is my favorite reason for loving greek olives. You get a jar of the purplish, blackish, reddish suckers, and munch away. I could eat the things all day long...

So...those are my reasons for loving Greek olives. If you've never tried one you've never really lived.

I Have an Actual Greek Olive Link! How amazed I was to find this wonderful document...it's by Marika, who tells you, the Greek olive lover, how to pick the tasty things. Personally, I've never picked Greek olives, however, it looks mighty interesting :)
