This episode opens with Goku using the Spirit Bomb for the first time. He handles it well. King Kai explains how he must use it only once on earth. (It might rip the Earth apart.) They say their good-byes. Then, King Kai realizes that he's made a mistake! Goku will arrive 1 day late, since he must get back to Earth using Snake Way! Goku, with King Kai's help, communicates telepathically with Master Roshi. Goku says it's time to wish him back. (Master Roshi was on the can when this happened! ^_^) Bulma, Ulong, and Master Roshi summon the eternal dragon (Shenron). Ulong wishes for the Saiyans to go away. But Shenron cannot grant that wish. So they wish for Goku's return to "this physical plane". Meanwhile, on King Kai's planet, Goku gets new clothes! Goku sets off for Snake Way. With a mighty leap, he lands on the "long and winding road." (A song by the fab four, a.k.a. the Beatles.) He starts running/jumping/flying towards Earth. Then, you see the Saiyans' space pods heading towards Earth. They crash land in what seems to be a commercial district, there are tons of people around, probably shopping. Nappa and Vegita get out of their pods. Earth's defence team (Yamcha, Chow-su, Tien, Crillan, Yacherobi, etc.) feels their presence. Nappa summons an energy ball, it puts a big crater in the Earth. Nappa and Vegita head for the people with the highest power levels. (Gohan and Piccolo.)
