In perfect view are several natives to the planet of Tatooine. A member of the Sand People (AKA Tusken Raiders) stands to the left. A feared, fearsome and savage race, the Sand People have managed to make quite the successful reputation and living for themselves amongst the wastelands of Tatooine. At the lower-center is a Jawa. The little scavengers and mechanics of the desert, they make their living by trading in the Mos Eisley spaceport and with the few settlements and farms with scavenged machinery and droids. And, to the right, is (I believe) Ben Kenobi's robes. Having made a long-term living on Tatooine, Old Ben (Obi-Wan Kenobi) has made quite the solitaire life for himself in the Jundland Wastes. His main reason: to protect the young Luke Skywalker until he was ready to fulfill his Jedi heritage.
