The seller (randompartz) has represented the goods in the auction as authentic by:
1) Describing the fabric as being "Gucci signature"
2) Stating the Brand as Gucci

In the sellers website (fashionpartz), inauthenticity is implied by
1) The denied guarantee of authenticity
2) the concession that merchandise is "custom altered" and in "unique and unreleased colors" (ie: that gucci never made these) [see http://www.fashionpartz.com/info.html]

The website AND the auction used the same pictures, if the concession that the goods are fake on the website is made, then
the goods represented in the auction are clearly also fake.

even if seller argues that authenticity was never guaranteed in the auction, the sale/production of counterfeit goods
is illegal in most countries, including the US where the store is based (according to the auction and the website), and the
sale of counterfeit goods is also in violation of ebay rules.

source code (html only) for this site will be made available shortly as well as a copy of the auction (html only) so that if seller changes any
information you will be able to verify it for yourself.

Gucci group, LVMH, Bally and others will be notified when i can be bothered.
I ALSO SUSPECT SELLER BIDS ON OWN ITEMS UNDER OWN ID! (ie: shill bidding)
item was bid on by very new user previously...only bid $1 more than them and i then led auction.
This is inadequate proof, but thought i would give added warning given the above
