Introduction to the world; real life, almost.  Main character is introduced, but not developed.  The events of the story are initiated, but nothing major happens yet. Act One: The most expansive act. This is where shit starts to fall apart in a major way for <main character>.  Act Two: The transitive act.  Significantly different than the other two acts. Act Three: The conclusion.  The final offensive.  Ya'll know the drill.
