My name is Ashley Welton and I am a senior at Norton High School. I have a full schedule of advanced classes. I wrote this page as an insight to what I feel are dreams of mine that maybe not most know of. I feel sharing them might show who the real me is.
Through my life from childhood till now I have had the same dreams for myself as any child would. The difference in my dreams is that they don't follow what some see as accurate for my age. I have always wanted a career in veterinay medicine only without a college degree, and the reasoning is I believe that you don't need a degree to work with the animals that you might wish to. I would love to work hands on with a humane sysiety with not only the cats and dogs that walk through the door but around the neighboring county's with larger animals that are in need of assistance. I also find that I would love to be a spokesperson or a sales person because of my backgound as a kid growing up selling at local farmers markets and learning that ability to carring on a conversation with the public and be able to sell at the same time, something most young adults my age could never do. That is something, in my opinion, that college could never teach you, you learn to be able to feel comfortable around alot of people and talking to them from a young age. Those two ideas have always been a dream that I can see myself accomplishing in the near future or through out my life.
As a young girl I always wanted to live happily with the most amazing guy and to grow old with as much love as any girl deserves. Not very often do you find that someone at only 18, yes I'm only 18 and I am saying how I have met the perfect someone for me, but I have. I know now that for the rest of my life I don't have to be scared of things or worry when my next date with mister "maybe" right. I have found the one for me and all that I have dreamed of from a little girl has come true. My dream for a summer engagement will come true this summer. And in 2007 around April or May we will be getting married.
Both of those places are my favorite places to shop, which I do almost every week.
I graduate this year with the class of 2006.
I work at Shisler's Cheese House in Copley, Ohio.
I currently live with my parents and sister, along with our dog, and the animals that we have on our farm.
My family has a farm that holds produce and our animals. We sell the produce we grow to a local farmers market up in Shaker Square, Cleveland. We also sell any of the eggs that our chickens lay and also the meat.
