Delta Sin's Biography and The Members

MISSION STATEMENT:

---Our goal is to provide a means of worship and praise to our Lord Jesus Christ, to give our brothers and sisters good Christian music to listen to and sing, and most of all bring our music into the homes, neighborhoods, and lives where Christ is needed the most.

DELTA SIN'S BIOGRAPHY:

Delta Sin started as Zero Smooth and M.C. Truth were heading to school one day.
They were listening to the radio and the tape player. M.C. Truth was trying to be
funny and started changing the lyrics to fit a Christian format. Zero Smooth thought
it was cool, and so M.C. Truth decided to keep doing it for a variety of songs. Then one
day, the two of them decided to change up a song from Westside Connection (tm.) called
Bow Down. They did to their own style and lyrics. They also wrote one full song with their
friend D.J. Cypha later to be known as just Cypha.

Then when M.C. Truth contacted his friend Michael Devine about performing his
Christian rap music at his church, Mike asked M.C. if he had worked on any thing since when he last
saw him. M.C. said "Yeah" and proceeded to rap to him personally. Mike so much liked
his flow, that he asked him to come rap at a outreach/carninval that his church was having
that next weekend. So M.C. talked to Zero and decided that it should be done; however,
Zero could not make it so Cypha decided that he would do it. So the next weekend, the
two of them performed Bow Down and the other one Skillz from Above. The performance
went pretty well other than a couple of mistakes.

Mike said to practice more. M.C. decided to pray more, and when the next concert
came up, which was when Mike performed at M.C.'s church, Delta Sin now know as just being
Zero and Truth, performed wonderfully with the help of the Holy Spirit. Mike told the group
that it was ready for the big time. They then have since released a demo tape with recorded
songs of Bow Down (to Jesus Christ - Vit. D. Mix) and Skillz From Above (original mix).
They also have since done many performances and quite well, even to a start of a dance circle
at their last main performance (as of Sept 2, 1997) at Heritage Christian Center, Aurora, CO.

He is our hope, direction, love, support, and friend.
