The bitch of Scream gets involved in the top serial killer story ever in Woodsboro.  She also came to the rescue of Sidney at the end of the film.  After the sucess of her book, she decides to do a film about the story of Woodsboro.  But Mr. Ghostface know her well now, and he tries to kill her when interupting a little moment of emotion between her and Dewey.  But he failed and she survives to the second film and her little side "bitchy" change and she became a respectable woman.
