Because of the renewed interest in the Golden Era of the Bunny Film Industry which once flourished on the Costa Brava, and because so many of these films have been lost, I, Twinkles Hakim, have been asked by several people to set the record straight about my career and those I've worked with.  It is difficult to explain to youngsters of today the enormous impact Bunny films once had on the motion picture industry, especially in Hollywood.  Many of our ideas, plots, innovations and musical numbers were not only copied, but downright plagiarized by American filmmakers and occasionally by continental ones.
Due to the popularity of our movies,  international stars and directors were only too willing to work with the personality  Irving J. Piggles once called  "the Greatest Bunny Star of Them All."
Besides we paid them in Swiss francs.
