SuperTeam Name: sidekick to the Famous Psychic Raccoon, of the Canadian Justice Bureau

SuperOutfits:

• standard -- jeans, white t-shirt, blue sweater vest.
• CrimeFightin -- white and green jumpsuit-type thing that kinda looks like he should be parachuting, green sweater vest with his logo on it, and goggles on his head for no apparent reason.
• DressedUp -- black sweater vest, bowtie, white dress shirt, black pants.

Powers: can shoot lightning at will. (Which is actually probably the best superpower out of anyone on the team...heh.)

Source of Powers: was struck by lightning. :-) That, and the bleach he uses. And we all assume the sweater vest simply because he's never seen without one.

Weakness: his hair. Kinda like Samson (as in Samson and Delilah) if he used peroxide. (Plus, he tends to get struck by lightning at random and pass out.)

Mode of Transportation: if he misses his ride in the Limo, he has a scooter. :-)

Nemesis: The United Confederation of Wrongness and the Tap Dancin Elf O' Terror.

Likes: shopping carts, basketball, good hairdressers, QVC or the Home Shopping Network

Dislikes: rain, Court TV, plate glass windows, heights
