Yes, this is an actual ad. You'd think that, in this cynical day and age, someone along the line would have realized how unintentionally hilarious this would be to the average person on the street. Now, I realize that there are people out there that have to deal with this problem (click here for the article the pic was linked to), but even the most humorless medical mind has got to at least snicker at the visual aid. I guess what cracks me up is how serious the banner is, totally straightfaced, as if it were cancer. I dunno. It made me smirk, anyway.
On a sidenote, where the hell is this guy, anyway? He appears to be in a stadium, or in the middle of a highway, judging from the bright lights on his back. Maybe it's just me, but it seems like neither of these are the ideal place to stare solemnly at one's own genitals. But then, I'm not dealing with the difficult decision of adult circumcision, so what do I know?
