STORY: This cartoon makes explicit use of caricature. W.C. Fields and other Hollywood characters appear in the guise of discarded dolls. The main plot involves a sailor doll (using the voice and likeness of Tommy Bupp) who performs an emergency operation to restore the sight of dainty little doll who has lost her eyes. A couple of buttons do the trick and after a kiss for the hero, the toys march off to the local Orphanage.
