Just What Do You Call It?
There are no standard names for the various positions of interest. If you've got better names than these, I'm open to suggestions!
- Viennese Oyster ("VO")
- This refers to a woman who is able to lie on her back with her
ankles tucked behind her head. I take the name from The Joy of
Sex by Alex Comfort. One guess is that the term is derived
from the sexual variety for which 19th C Vienna society was famed.
The Oyster part is derived from the appearance of the woman's
labia in those positions. This position is also sometimes called a
"pretzel" or "human knot".
- Splay-Leg Mish
- Missionary position with the woman on her back, legs lifted
high and wide apart. Most impressive when the knees are kept
straight and the feet reach to either side of the shoulders.
- Half-Crab
- Woman with knees drawn up to (but not tucked behind)
shoulders.
- Bonk
- For brevity, "bonk" will refer to heterosexual
vaginal intercourse. "Anal bonk" will refer to the
anal variety. Why "bonk?" Why not? I just like that
verb.
