Prosciutto and Fontina Panini

1 package focaccia or Boboli

8 very thin slices or prosciutto or ham

1/4 cup shredded Fontina cheese

1 cup argugula, trimmed

2 red onion slices, seperated into rings

2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1/8 tsp. pepper

 

Slice bread in half horizontally. Divide prosciutto between halves; top with

cheese, argugula, and onion. Drizzle with vinegar; sprinkle with pepper. Cover with top halves. Wrap tightly in foil; bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
