聂风 (郑伊健)
聂风, 二十二岁 - 郑伊健饰聂风(22岁)，聂人王之子。
在聂风少年时(10岁)，聂人王
被雄霸打败，其妻颜盈亦转投
雄霸怀抱。后来人王再战雄霸，
被异兽火麒麟所杀。“风”被
雄霸带回天下会，修习风神腿，
成为神风堂堂主。聂风温文俊朗，富正义感乃江湖上
轻功第一名出色人物。后雄霸为分化三师兄弟之力量，
将孔慈许配给“风”，使“风”，“云”反目，幸而
“风”由泥菩萨口中知道雄霸的目的，逐与云联手与
雄霸对抗。

步惊云 (郭富城)
步惊云(22岁)，乃步擎天之子，
雄霸寻找“风”“云”助其霸业，
惊云八字相合，逐招至灭门之祸。
惊云个性沉冷，深知冲动亦无补
於事，为取得雄霸信任而加入
天下会。在天下会一潜十年，
寻找机会报仇，惊云一手排云掌变幻莫测，使雄霸
南征北讨。成为天下会飞云堂堂主，并与雄霸之女
孔慈私订终身，后雄霸将孔慈许配给聂风，云在
婚宴间将自己与孔慈的私情揭破，使雄霸面子尽失，
开始他的报仇行动。

雄霸 (千叶真一)
雄霸，天下会盟主，风，云，
霜的师父。雄霸笃信命理，
遵从泥菩萨所批之箴文，
寻得“风”“云”助其霸业。
十年间，风云替其南征北讨，
使天下会统一江湖后泥菩萨
再为雄霸批命，指出“风”“云”亦是他命中星。
雄霸老谋深算，明知女儿孔慈与步惊云有私情，
亦将孔慈许配给聂风，以分化三师兄弟之力量。
又暗中苦练三分归元气，以玢制三师兄弟的绝技。
雄霸武功、智谋皆可算江湖第一人物，江湖上
每个人都只不过是他手中一只棋子，奈何天命难违，
最终亦败与“风”“云”手上。

孔慈 (杨恭如)
孔慈(17岁)，雄霸之女，
她暗恋聂风，却又与步惊云
有私情。但她的一生，却只
是他父亲雄霸实现私心的工具，
以及江湖恩怨势力的磨心。
她遵父命嫁给聂风，却被
步惊云当众揭穿他们之间的私情。这个生命中充满
不幸的女人，最后为她爱的人付出宝贵的生命。

秦霜 (谢天华)
秦霜(25岁)，是三师兄弟中的大师兄，为人冷静沉著，
处事稳重，是天下会霜堂堂主，秦霜对雄霸忠心耿耿，
一手天霜拳替雄霸立下不少汗马功劳，岂料只成为雄霸
手中一只对付“风”“云”的棋子。

Whispering Wind (Nie Feng), 22 years old - Cheng Ekin
When Wind was only ten years of age, Xiong Ba defeated Wind抯 father, Whispering Prince in a duel, while his mother left the family for Xiong Ba. A rematch found Nie consumed by the Chinese Unicorn from the Fiery Cave while Wind抯 mother fell to her death after being disgraced by Xiong Ba. Orphaned and not knowing that his true enemy was Xiong Ba, Wind followed him back to the World Society to fulfill his destiny. Gentle and intelligent in nature with a keen sense of justice, Wind learnt impressive anti-gravity leg work from his master Xiong Ba. When Xiong Ba schemed to sever the brotherly ties amongst Wind, Cloud and Xiong Ba抯 first disciple Qin Shuang, Wind was ordered to marry Xiong Ba抯 daughter Kong Ci. It was not until the time when Wind finally confronted the Fiery Cave again, that he discovered Xiong Ba to be the enemy responsible for the deaths of his parents. Joining forces with Cloud, the two pupils turned against their master to seek vengeance.

Striding Cloud (Bu Jing Yun), 22 years old - Aaron Kwok
Cloud was the son of the famous sword fighter Bu Jing Tian. When Xiong Ba抯 followers were looking for Cloud and Wind - the two boys who would assist Xiong Ba in conquering the world - Cloud抯 entire family was killed because his birthday coincided with that prophesied by the Mud Buddha. Reserved, cool-headed and determined, Cloud earned the confidence of Xiong by joining the latter抯 World Society, while waiting silently for an opportunity to avenge his family. Fulfilling his destiny as Cloud, he mastered Xiong Ba抯 fist fighting techniques and gained a lot of territory for the World Society. The moment of vengeance finally arrived when Cloud revealed his affair with Xiong Ba抯 daughter Kong Ci, at her wedding to Nie Feng.

Frost (Qin Shuang), 25 years - Michael Tse
The first pupil of Xiong, Qin Shuang was like a big brother to Wind and Cloud. The sort who was cautious with his actions, Qin Shuang was also fiercely loyal to Xiong Ba. However, when he discovered Xiong Ba抯 plans to use him as a pawn to plant discord between Wind and Cloud, he assisted Wind secretly to obtain the Sacred Grapes to help the latter to advance his skills greatly. However, Qin Shuang sacrificed his life in the event.
