The BMW Z3 was used by James Bond in the GoldenEye mission on his trip to Cuba with Natalya. Although none of Q's special accessories were used, 007 does warn Jack Wade not to press any of its buttons. Wade makes his entrance by landing directly in front of Bond's Z3 on a dirt road somewhere in Cuba. The car didn't get much use on this mission, but stole the show when it did show up in Cuba.
