Episode #102 - A Prelude to a Kiss

Tamara tells Pacey that he is failing some of his classes, and that she will tutor him. Pacey doesn't seem to be getting any better, so Tamara agrees to "reward" him if he does well. He does do well, and when she asks him to strip he admits that he's a virgin. She tells him to leave, but he says that he still wants to be with her. Dawson is allowed to help out with the film class's football movie, but the producer won't let him do much of anything. Then when they are having trouble getting a good shot of the football players running, Dawson comes up with a great idea using a wheelchair. Later, Dawson tries to videotape his first kiss with Jen after they shoot the final scene for his movie, and she starts to get mad. But then they hear someone coming, and hide behind some bushes. They end up kissing, and the camara, which is still on, catches Pacey and Tamara making love. Joey meets a rich guy from out of town, and they go sailing together. She lies to him, tellling him that she is from New York and here on vacation. When he comes to her sister's restauant when she is waitressing, Jen has to cover for her. Before he leaves, they kiss and he gives Joey his number. Later, she realizes that she made a mistake in her story and she tosses the number.
