I just got my home studio installed this past week and Nick jsut got his installed too. "when I was sixteen, I used to work at Long John Silver's, a fastfood place in my hometown [Lexington, KY.]. One day, the company bigwigs came in to check up on us. I was in the back, frying the fish as always, trying to be extra careful. But I accidentally knocked over a huge vat of batter, and it came pouring out and headed straight for one of them! I tried to stop it, but it was too late. It got all over his suit pants and totally covered his shoes. I took my apron off-I thoguht, 'That's it, I'm fired.' But my boss just said, 'Go get a mop.'"

I was very close to finishing high school. I was 18 years old. I was looking to graduate and I was offered a singing scholarship to the University of Cincinatti Bible College. I was going to go 'cause it was only abut 100 miles from Lexington, KY where I grew up. That way I would be close to home, yet away from home...I played basketball in high school. Before the Backstreet Boys: As a youngster in his very first acting job, A.J. brought the house down as Dopey in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. In fact, by sixth grade, Alexander James McLean had appeared in 27 classics such as The Nutcracker, The King And I and Fiddler on the Roof. While attending junior high, A.J. won a part in Nickelodeon's High Honey, I'm Home and began an ongoing relationship with both Nickelodeon and the Disney Channel. A.J. sang, trained extensively in dance, and took acting classes.
