Meanwhile, George’s lingering substance abuse problem causes a dangerous embarrassment for Bailey and the VCTF just as an attractive Congresswoman (guest star Erin Gray, “Silver Spoons”) begins an investigation of the unit, and she is most impressed by Bailey. explosives that could inundate downtown Atlanta. While the body
count rises, John risks his life to save some
trapped patrons and Rachel suspects the murderer might be an
enraged husband whose philandering wife (guest star Saxon
Trainor) is pinned down with her lover.

killer

Rachel and the VCTF team to ponder until she
theorizes that the slayer sees his quarry -- including a
recently abducted young boy (guest star Andrew Sandler) -- as
representatives of various people in his life who might have
suffered painful deaths. While working the case, Bailey must testify before a congressional subcommittee in an
effort to save funding for the VCTF and gets no help from his
new lover (guest star Erin Gray). In addition, Rachel’s
attention is diverted by the ransacking of her apartment, which
she suspects is linked to old enemies in federal law
enforcement.
