A charming and prolific serial killer escapes from prison and resumes his killing spree when he arrives in New York, but his
seemingly random crimes baffle Sam, who struggles to predict his next move while she battles and Atlanta cop who accuses her
of murdering a women. Sam tries to prove to police that her stalker, Jack of all Trades, actually murdered the victim.
Meanwhile, the team rallies around Bailey, as he fights for his life after being shot by his wayward daughter.
